Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included.

The project:
Support Norwegian speaking customers of a social media platform where users create and share short videos often set to music covering a wide range of topics like dance comedy and trends. Its known for its easy-to-use editing tools viral challenges and an algorithm that personalizes content based on user preferences.
What you will be doing:
- Content moderation of content in your mother language of the app;
- Remove and block content and filter order and analyse information;
- Content management to avoid certain aspects of cyber crime;
- Remove content which does not meet ethical and/or legal requirements;
- The to be removed content can contain (among others) criminal acts torture violence hate speech and cyberbullying terrorism and violence against animals.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegianlanguage (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level ofEnglish language(at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon Portugal
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer
- Full time contract
- Base salary without accommodation:1606/month
- Base salary with accommodation: 1346/month
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
