Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

The project:
You will be supporting an American global online video sharing and social media platform headquartered in California United States. It was launched in 2005. It is the second most visited website.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conducting lead management by contacting existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis identifying sales opportunities;
- Establish a trust relation with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy;
- Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions;
- Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients;
- Grow revenue by up-selling towards existing clients;
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Fluency in Italian language (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- Previous experience in sales
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain:
- Base salary: 1240 gross per month
- Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040 - only if you are currently living at least 100km away from Lisbon
- You will also receive payment for completing the training
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD:
- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
- Fully paid Accommodation in the city;
- Integration activities: Portuguese lessons sports and other opportunities for integration
