Job Description
Day to day tasks:
- Monitor multiple live security camera feeds in real-time
- Identify and report suspicious or unauthorized activity promptly
- Document incidents accurately using internal reporting tools
- Communicate any urgent matters to on-site personnel or law enforcement when necessary
- Perform routine system checks to ensure camera feeds are functioning
- Follow established security protocols and escalation procedures
- Maintain clear and professional communication with the team
Requirements:
- Proven ability to stay alert and focused for long periods during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and quick response time
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring security or a related field is a plus
- High level of integrity and reliability
- Tech-savvy and able to work independently in a remote setup
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
- Dual-monitor setup (preferred for effective monitoring)
- Quiet and distraction-free home office
- Working headset and webcam
- Familiarity with video surveillance software is a plus
