About the role
Are you passionate about turning data into action Do you enjoy building engaging campaigns and customer journeys using the latest Martech tools Were looking for a Martech Consultant to join our growing team in Norway!
In this role youll be the hands-on expert inside our clients marketing platforms setting up campaigns personalizing journeys and ensuring timely and relevant communications. Youll collaborate with some of the Nordics most well-known brands helping them execute data-driven marketing strategies using platforms like Adobe Campaign Salesforce Marketing Cloud Braze and others.
Youll join a warm ambitious Nordic Martech team that shares ideas supports one another and builds great customer experienceswhile having a good time doing it.
Key responsibilities
Campaign execution: Build and launch campaigns and automated journeys using client Martech platforms.
Operational excellence: Manage configurations and ensure campaign delivery runs smoothly.
Data activation: Use customer data and segments to deliver targeted personalized messaging.
Platform specialist: Troubleshoot test and continuously optimize campaigns and platform use.
Collaborate across teams: Work alongside analysts developers creatives and strategists to bring campaigns to life.
Track & learn: Monitor performance and explore new ways to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
2 years of experience working with platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud Salesforce Marketing Cloud Braze Bloomreach Engagement or Google Marketing Platform.
Good understanding of CRM systems marketing automation tools and CDPs.
Familiarity with HTML JavaScript APIs and data structure concepts.
Data-driven and curious about how to turn insights into effective communication.
Interest in AI and machine learning in marketing is a bonus.
Being a hands-on learner who enjoys building new skills and exploring platform capabilities to create better and smarter campaigns.
Team player with strong communication skills fluent in Norwegian and English.
