Job Summary: The Assurance Manager is a critical role within our Payment Risk team responsible for developing implementing and overseeing sophisticated risk management strategies to safeguard our payment ecosystem. This senior-level position requires a deep understanding of financial risk regulatory compliance and advanced data analytics to protect both the company and its customers from fraudulent activities and financial losses.

Risk Management:
oContinuously evaluate and enhance risk models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management strategies into product development and business operations.
Compliance:
oStay abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes and proactively adapt risk management strategies to meet new requirements.
Analytics and Reporting:
oLeverage big data technologies to analyze vast amounts of transaction data identifying patterns and anomalies indicative of potential risks.
oDevelop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights on risk metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
oUtilize predictive modeling and scenario analysis to forecast potential risk exposures and their financial impacts.
Management:
oCommunicate complex risk concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders including executive leadership and board members.
oBuild and maintain relationships with external partners including payment processors banks and technology vendors.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 5 years of compliance program management legal governance audit risk/loss prevention or equivalent experience
- Experience handling confidential information
- Excel prfociency: Advanced
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- 3 years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
- Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials
- Experience with SQL and Excel
