Location: Niseko
Contract term: Seasonal / Full-time
Period: November 2025 - March 2026
Work hours: Average of 35-40 hours per week during peak season

The Role
As a Warehouse Rental Storeperson youll be the driving force behind keeping our rental equipment this dynamic environment youll put your physical strength to good use loading unloading and managing rental equipment across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the storage and movement of rental equipment across multiple locations
- Communicate clearly with rental teams to determine stock needs and ensure each location is well supplied
- Collect returned rental gear from all store locations
- Conduct regular and detailed stocktakes of rental equipment
- Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment
- Assist with shipping and receiving including unloading delivery trucks
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Support other departments and contribute to team tasks when needed
- Help rental teams with in-store gear restocks and returns
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What you need to succeed:
- A proactive team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and move gear regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Experience using warehouse equipment (forklifts pallet jacks etc.) is a plus
- Ability to adapt and stay calm in a fast-paced shifting environment
- Desirable: Possession of a Medium Vehicle License (able to drive vehicles up to 8 tonnes) ideally with experience operating trucks with a tailgate lift.
