Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Represents the most common entry point for this career level.
Works under direct supervision.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives telephone calls which are basic & routine.
Uses computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.
No selling responsibilities are involved with this activity.
Typically transfers calls to appropriate person as necessary.
May answer inquiries resolve problems and promote products/services.
Requires limited knowledge of company products and/or services.
May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials secondary sources or more senior staff.
Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
