OUR CLIENT
We have been retained by leading PropTech start-up - WeMaintain who are on a mission to disrupt the Lifts & Escalators maintenance industry leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovation to redefine service delivery and operational efficiency. As the company continues to grow we are recruiting for a dynamic Head of Operations to drive Operational efficiency and further adoption of technology.
ROLE MISSION
The Head of Operations will be responsible for leading and optimizing field operations ensuring seamless integration of digital tools and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence enhance employee safety and support business growth in a fast-paced environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a key leader in the Operations team you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing operational strategies that align with business goals.
More specifically in this role you may work on:
- Operational Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Digital Transformation: Leverage digital tools and data analytics to optimize field operations and decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational enhancements ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Employee Safety & Compliance: Prioritize workplace safety ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor operational teams fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align operations with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics analyze trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
IDEAL TALENT
- Proven experience in tech-enabled field operations with a deep understanding of digital tools and data-driven operations.
- Background in both OEM environments and agile high-growth companies.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a hands-on approach to managing field teams.
- Ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring safety and efficiency.
