ROLE MISSION

The Head of Operations will be responsible for leading and optimizing field operations ensuring seamless integration of digital tools and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence enhance employee safety and support business growth in a fast-paced environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a key leader in the Operations team you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing operational strategies that align with business goals.

More specifically in this role you may work on:

• Operational Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Digital Transformation: Leverage digital tools and data analytics to optimize field operations and decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational enhancements ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Employee Safety & Compliance: Prioritize workplace safety ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor operational teams fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align operations with business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics analyze trends and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Proven experience in tech-enabled field operations with a deep understanding of digital tools and data-driven operations.
• Background in both OEM environments and agile high-growth companies.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a hands-on approach to managing field teams.
• Ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring safety and efficiency.
