You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTimely monitor production line abnormalities organize teams to address the process quality cases promptly ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and continuously improve process quality.
Initiate 8D and PQI improvement requirements for issues needing correction follow up on actions and results to ensure problem resolution and prevention.
Establish a quality system for NPI products. Gradually develop process control and quality early-warning mechanisms by studying new product production processes and assist the NPI team in identifying potential process anomalies;
Lead RMA handling push the engineering team to complete failure analysis timely to meet customer expectations and monthly summarize external quality data to identify internal quality improvement needs while tracking product quality enhancements;
Plan and conduct regular process audits and follow up on corrective actions;
Define IPQC and FQC inspection specifications conduct staff training and assessments to establish reasonable quality control points prevent batch quality issues at the customer end identify weaknesses in production line process control and facilitate timely rectification and continuous improvement
Review production orders from a quality perspective assess production line capacity to determine subsequent quality control points and key focus projects ensuring quality control methods are considered at the order stage.
Maintain reliability by scheduling test samples according to annual RT and ORT plans. When reliability tests fail organize relevant engineers for analysis and implement measures to reduce failure risks from the long-term customer field application perspective.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelors degree in electronic telecom communication and engineering related background
More thanfiveyears experience in quality management in large enterprises
Familiar with the operation of the quality system
Familiar with the application of quality tools be able to skillfully use the common quality tools to solve problems
Have the ability to write 8D reports
Familiar with the reliability of communication products
Able to deal with and solve problems with PDCA
