What will you do
Provide customer support via phone live chat and email
Assist customers with website navigation and product inquiries
Deliver high-quality advice using updated help guides
Ensure timely and professional responses to customer queries
Support marketing campaigns for sales roles by promoting digital tools
Candidate profile
Native-level Hebrew plus B2 level in English
Strong problem-solving skills and service orientation
Previous experience in sales/marketing (for applicable roles)
Must have a valid EU passport or residence permit (no visa sponsorship)
