Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Design develop integrate and test software features for embedded electronic controls in safety detect machine applications.
- Develop detect features using embedded C on Linux platforms utilizing GitHub for version control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues through triage and debugging.
- Participate actively in Agile Sprint development cycles.
- Create and execute validation plans for software features and systems.
- Collaborate with global teams including machine systems software and validation groups.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality DETECT safety technology products on time and within budget.
- Decompose system requirements and contribute to system-level design development reviews integration and testing.
- Utilize technical skills in C C Git debuggers compilers CAN and Ethernet datalinks.
- Communicate effectively and work well within a culturally diverse team environment.
- Maintain a concise writing style and strong attention to detail.
- Leverage experience in robotics autonomy sensor integration (GStreamer detect sensors) as desirable skills.
- Meet education requirements: Bachelors in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or related field) with 6-7 years experience or Masters with 5 years industry experience.
