Job Description
- Position: IAM IT Project Manager
- Location: Miami FL (onsite 5 days a week; must be local)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale complex IT projects focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) including Active Directory and enterprise infrastructure.
- Manage and accelerate project timelines while ensuring high quality standards.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among development security infrastructure and business teams.
- Deliver enterprise-wide solutions aligned with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Apply strong people management skills to guide and motivate project teams.
Required Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge in IAM and experience leading major IT initiatives involving Active Directory.
- Demonstrated ability in people management and project acceleration.
- Proven capability in cross-team collaboration and delivering high-impact solutions.
