Job Summary (List Format): Salesforce Field Services Trainer
- Deliver and develop training programs for Salesforce Field Service users
- Design instructional materials using Agile methodologies
- Implement eLearning solutions and AI assistants to support user learning
- Standardize job aids and update resource sites for end users
- Drive user adoption and satisfaction through effective change management strategies
- Manage Salesforce training and implementation projects
- Optimize business processes related to Salesforce Field Service
- Provide training in both classroom and remote (virtual) environments
- Utilize tools such as Power BI Articulate 360 and Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) for training development
- (Preferred) Develop and manage AI assistants for user support
- (Preferred) Hold Prosci Change Practitioner certification
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful Salesforce integration and training adoption
