Your role what youll take charge of
As our new Finance Manager youll own and evolve all accounting and reporting processes across the group. This is both astrategic and hands-on role where youll lead a sizeable team and ensure that our financial operations are reliable transparent and ready for scale.

Heres what youll do:

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations: bookkeeping payments invoicing and AR
• Own group consolidation and ensure accurate timely and insightful month-end and year-end closings
• Oversee statutory reporting audits and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Coach and develop your team to grow alongside the company
• Strengthen our internal controls and financial policies for long-term scalability
• Partner closely with FP&A and business teams to drive transparency and smart decision-making
• Manage external accounting providers for remote entities

What success looks like
Youll know youre doing well when:

• Our closings are consistently smooth accurate and on time
• Audits are clean and compliance is under control
• The finance team operates efficiently and continues to grow under your leadership
• Internal controls improve and scale with the business

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Economics
• 7 years of experience in accounting audit or financial reporting
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP
• Proven experience leading teams and working across departments
• Skilled in ERP systems and Excel
• Fluent in English and some proficiency in Dutch
