  • A minimum of a bachelorsdegree in related field is required. A masters degree in Instructional DesignLearning Experience Design Adult Learning or related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in instructional design or learner experience design is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding ofinstructional design principles learning experience design principlescurriculum development adult learning theories and performance-based learningis required.
  • Understanding of agile principlesresponsive design principles and design thinking methodologies is preferred.

  • Advanced experience in applyingadult learning theories instructional design and learning experience designmodels to training designs and storyboard development is required.

  • Demonstrated project managementor agile project management skills is preferred.
  • Experience planning for andanalyzing data driven learning experiences is preferred.
  • Experience sparking improvementsin learning design strategy learner experience and performance improvementthrough collaboration and prototyping is preferred.
  • Experience in a major corporatetraining environment working on instructional design assignments acrossmultiple teams or groups is preferred.
  • Experience with curriculumdevelopment performance improvement and project management is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of currentlearning trends and understanding of circumstances in which each would be usedto drive learning engagement and performance improvement is preferred.
  • General knowledge of LMSadministration is preferred.
  • Discretion professionalismconfidentiality and judgement is required.

Senior Specialist Learning ExperienceDesigner

Location: Prague

Contract: full time unlimitedcontract

The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for creatinglearning experiences that produce desired learning outcomes and demonstrateunderstanding of adult learning theories. They will be responsible fordesigning high-quality training content in various formats such as interactiveeLearning facilitator-led content virtual classroom design videossimulations performance support materials and assessments. They will strive tocontinuously improve learner experiences using an array of approaches thatengage learners and drive high-impact learning. They will work in an agileiterative fashion with a mix of collaborative team ideation time and focusedself-directed design time. They will be comfortable working on multipleprojects in a fast-paced high-energy environment and facilitating co-creationsessions with various stakeholders such as Training Strategy Managers SMEsfacilitators learners and senior level leaders across multipledisciplines/functional roles. They will also provide project managementoversight of their assigned projects.


The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
  • Design learner-focusedinstructional materials such as micro-learning modules curricula quickreference guides checklists eLearning PowerPoint decks simulations videosassessments and blended learning solutions to support digital on-demand liveface to face and virtual facilitator-led training
    • Usesuccessive approximation modeling and/or agile models to collaborate andefficiently manage development of assigned learning projects end-to-end
    • Facilitateand manage project workgroup meetings and content review sessions; getstakeholder feedback and buy-in early in design process
    • Collaboratewith visual/information designers developers learners and content subjectmatter experts (SMEs) while creating High-Level Design Documents storyboardsand/or rapid prototyping and make recommendations on approaches that enhancethe quality of the learning experience
    • Writeclear concise and learner-friendly instructional text audio scripts/videoscripts
    • Leveragestandard style guides imagery and templates to ensure a consistent learnerexperience
    • Developassessments that measure defined learner outcomes based on Kirkpatricks Levelsof Evaluation
    • Developtrain-the-trainer materials to best prepare facilitators to deliver trainingwith the highest level of quality and standards
    • FacilitateDesign Thinking sessions and train-the-trainer programs where applicable
  • Revise existing trainingmaterials and programs based on audit results questionnaires surveyschanging procedures and feedback from learners SMEs program sponsors andtrainers. Complete content revisions timely adhering to designated timeframes
  • Actively support learningpilots facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and observation exercises toensure learning effectiveness and identify necessary interventions. Collaboratewith Instructor Delivery Lead to ensure train-the-trainer activities arecoordinated and successful.
  • Apply strong project managementdiscipline for setting expectations execution and resolving issues
    • Collaboratewith and manage stakeholders and subject matter experts during the contentdevelopment process establishing design project timelines mitigating risksand ensuring alignment engagement and expectation management
    • Manageand maintain weekly current project status project timelines and reviewcycles and report status to project stakeholders per established processes
  • Adhere to defined qualityassurance guidelines and processes such as:
    • Applyquality assurance guidelines to ensure accuracy of training materials andremoval of protected information
    • Assistwith the testing and review of learning content prior to launching via theSUMMIT LMS
    • Uploadaccurate documents and/or source files to the internal content library as perestablished guidelines
  • Continually evaluate solutionsfor quality usability performance impact and scalability
  • Ensure accurate completion andfollow up of project reporting audits and other data requests withindesignated timeframes
  • Applies project managementprinciples and tools to document articulate and deliver training supportincluding: definition/scope identification of key stakeholders trainingdeliverables progress reporting risks/ roadblocks and success measures.
  • Measures tracks andcommunicates to stakeholders and GTLO progress updates training effectivenessmeasures training ROI metrics (KPIs) and insights.
  • Participates in trainingcommunities of practice. Gathers and shares external/internal trainingbenchmark information lessons learned and best practices
  • Identify need for additionaldevelopment tools and provides recommendations to Sr. Manager LearningExperience Design
  • Adhere to company practicespolicies and Credo-based culture and set an example for other team established company tools/methodology as needed or required
  • Work with manager/coach to setgoals for growth and development
  • Support global culture ofcontinuous improvement identify areas for improvement on daily operationalprocesses to drive data accuracy and global compliance
  • Communicate and interacteffectively and develop credibility and trusted mutually respectedrelationships with customers stakeholders leadership and team members
  • Support special projects andinitiatives as assigned
