Human Resources Specialist Temp San Rafael /hybrid $42 -$47/hour

We are seeking a Human Resources professional to join a cohesive dynamic team for this temporary (with possibility for perm hire) opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Workday ERP and managing employee benefit/retirement plans while supporting the HR team during this exciting transition time.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday

  • Location: Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week in San Rafael CA)

  • Duration: 3 months possibility for perm hire if mutual fit

  • Pre-Hire Requirements: Clear criminal background check clear drug screen (NO medical cannabis exceptions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee benefits and retirement plans within an HRIS system

  • Provide turn-key support to the HR team

  • Address and respond to employee inquiries

  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 3 years of recent Human Resources experience

  • Tech savvy: HRIS-adept intermediate Excel skills

  • Team and customer focused mindset

  • Workday ERP experience is essential
