Job Descriptions:
Reconcile receivables & payable balances
Prepare statement journals into
Handle Human Resource & Finance Administration Activities
Maintain employee information & Leave records
Support vendor and purchase activities
Vendor Liasion/ order processing/ delivery coordination/ Invoice verification
Handle & Manage inventory management systems
Answering & Directing phone calls
Job Requirements:
Diploma in HR/Accounting
Experience in Admin/HR/Accounting
Good working attitude
Able to adapt to fast paced environment
