As a Financial Controller you will be the heartbeat of our financial operations deeply involved in the financial side of the manufacturing and reporting process focused on CAPEX and headcount tracking supporting product costing OPEX and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

  • CAPEX expert: responsible for reporting and tracking all CAPEX expenditures per project and supporting stakeholders in all CAPEX-related matters

  • Headcount and non-GAAP expenses tracking and reporting

  • Manufacturing Finance Expertise: Leverage 4-6 years of financial controlling or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment to oversee financial statement costs budgets and reporting for the plant.

  • Cost Management: Utilize working knowledge of standard costing systems to drive cost-out initiatives and ensure efficient financial management.

  • Inventory Mastery: Dive into the intricacies of product costing and inventory management providing valuable insights for business unit reviews.

  • Finance Guru: setting up and controlling accounting and financial processes working with accounting data compliant with Polish GAAP and tax regulations cooperation with financial advisors and financial auditors

  • Efficient Performer: Month end closing activities support (accrual calculations closing analysis journal entries account reconciliation reporting)

  • Collaborative Partner: Collaborate closely with Finance Operations teams and Senior Leadership to maintain a robust accounting control environment.

  • Process Improvement: Lead and participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives ensuring efficiency in information provision to key stakeholders.

What you need:

  • 4-6 years of financial controlling or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in Polish GAAP and tax regulations.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems especially SAP and advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Proven business partnering experience with stakeholders across various business aspects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Cost management and working knowledge of standard costing systems is advantageous.

  • Fluent spoken and written English

Travel Percentage: 10%
