Mainframe Operations Support
Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day tasks required for monitoring system performance
Perform basic trouble shooting and recovery for program errors/issues
Participate in training and development programs
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve operations efficiency
Attend meetings workshops and other professional development activities
Prepare reports and presentations as required
Qualifications
Recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in IT field (based in NCR area)
Strong academic record
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proactive and self-motivated
Skills
Proficient in Java/Cobol/.net or any other programming languages
Knowledgeable in SQL
