Job Responsibilities:
- Process and apply incoming payments to customer accounts
- Reconcile AR transactions and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance-related course
- With at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable Cash Application
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledgeable with MS Excel and any ERP system (preferably SAP)
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work on night shift schedule (US time zone) PH holidays and 10 days RTO (scheduled in 2 consecutive weeks)
