The successful candidate will manage and expand a portfolio of existing NetSuite customers by selling a variety of products or services directly to small and medium-sized addition the candidate will perform crucial account maintenance tasks and formulate upsell strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Perform account maintenance tasks ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Work in tandem with solution consultants to conduct annual and quarterly business reviews with customers.
Expand customer accounts by upselling additional NetSuite modules and services.
Act as a liaison between customers and other NetSuite departments as needed.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through campaigns and constant customer engagement.
Accurately forecast sales on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
Formulate and execute upsell strategies aligning with organizational objectives.
Comfortably conduct online meetings and presentations with C-level stakeholders.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years sales experience with at least two years in account management.
A successful track record in a sales quota-bearing role.
Experience working with North American customers and an ability to communicate effectively with them.
Flexibility to work in the North American time-zone.
Willingness to work in an office setting.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within these accounts.
Excellent communication negotiation and closing skills.
Strong sales and marketing skills with basic ERP knowledge or experience selling to the Enterprise Resource Planning space .
BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
