Job Scope
We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Complex Spare Parts & Modernization - Proposals & Order Execution - AMER in SBL to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our complex modernization and spare parts. This cross-functional leadership role spans both the proposal and execution phases ensuring technical and commercial excellence from quote to project completion.
You will manage a team of Proposal Engineers and Project Managers coordinate closely with Sales GSLM Sourcing and Execution functions and act as a key escalation point for critical customer engagements. Your focus will be on operational excellence standardization and customer satisfaction across all phases of the complex Spare parts & U&R project lifecycle.
The role is established under the Global Proposal & Order Desk team in SBL.

What you bring
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
10 years of combined experience in proposal development and project execution with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
Proven success managing complex modernization upgrade or industrial spare parts projects.
Strong commercial and technical acumen with cross-functional coordination skills.
Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management experience.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for operational improvement and customer focus.
