In view of our business development we are looking for talents who are both a strategic thinker and an all-round project executor to join us in the Strategy & Business Transformation team.
As our Manager - Strategy & Business Transformation we rely on you to:
- Support Vice Presidents in the team on driving strategic business initiatives from strategy formulation through successful execution
- Perform in-dept external and internal research and data analyses to understand business problems identify opportunities and recommend action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Commercial and Operations divisions to drive project execution and achieve Key Performance Indicators
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making program management and initiative implementation
We are looking for someone who has/is:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Management Consulting/ Corporate Strategy
- Degree in Business Management or related discipline. Masters in Business Administration is an advantage
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actions
- Exceptional problem-solving ability on diverse topics
- Proven success in a project coordination and management role
- Effective influencing and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
- Confident assertive and collaborative
- Proficient in building financial models and presentation decks
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
