Project Lead - Security Systems Integration
Location: West London. Field based
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: 60k basic plus car allowance

Our client a leading security systems integrator is seeking an experienced Project Lead to join their team in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a hands-on project management role while supporting and leading a team of project managers.
Position Overview
As a Project Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of security integration projects for high-end enterprise clients including data centres universities and private hospitals. You will work closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards utilising industry-leading technologies such as Lenel Genetec Gallagher C-cure and Milestone.
Responsibilities
Manage and deliver security integration projects taking a hands-on approach (70% of the role)
Support and lead a team of 2 project managers providing guidance and mentorship
Report on project progress and status to the Senior Leadership Team
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure project objectives are met
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues implementing corrective actions as needed
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Requirements
Proven experience in security integration project management
Strong knowledge of security systems and technologies such as Lenel Genetec Gallagher C-cure and Milestone
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Ability to commute to West London 2-3 days a week
