Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist the manufacturing supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of the production.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Train and guide manufacturing operators on standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
- Assist in scheduling and planning production activities to meet customer requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Material Science / Chemical / Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant working experiences in wafer fab / semiconductor industry
- Good technical skills including problem-solving statistical data analysis and DOE.
- Able to handle a team of a team of operators technicians
