You will be leading the design development integration and operations of digital workplace platforms and end-user technologies. Drive platform architecture software and security engineering practices and site reliability engineering (SRE) to ensure secure scalable and optimized systems. Champion modern engineering methodologies and contribute to technology stewardship through internal and external engagements.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of resilient secure digital workplace platforms (hardware software and SaaS) with disaster recovery capabilities ensuring seamless integration across COTS and proprietary solutions
Drive platform feature development applying modern software engineering practicessuch as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) CI/CD pipelines and enforce secure coding access control encryption and compliance standards
Define and implement SLOs/SLIs apply SRE best practices for scalability and performance and lead incident response and troubleshooting across complex systems
Provide strategic guidance on system usage and modernization architect endpoint solutions DEM platforms and optimize IT service desk operations
Design and leverage APIs to enable AI agent functionality enhancing enterprise automation and digital user experience
Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering with 5-6 years of relevant working experience
Proven experience and deep understanding in platform architecture development and integration across digital workplace technologies
Device management systems (e.g. MECM Samsung EMM WS1 UEM)
