Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs team dynamics and specific job requirements for open positions.
- Conduct thorough intake meetings and create comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role considering various sourcing channels and market conditions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices market trends and talent availability.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including Seek Indeed job boards professional networks social media and internal databases to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and efficiency ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and extend competitive job offers clearly communicating compensation benefits and company policies.
- Lead persuasive offer discussions addressing candidate questions and concerns to achieve offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires during the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers candidates and external partners.
- Stay informed about industry best practices recruitment trends and new sourcing technologies.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
- Experience in end to end process has an advantage but not required
- Experience in using ClickUp or any project management tool is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of various sourcing methodologies and recruitment tools
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
