We are seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Finance Manager - FP&A

We will count on you to:

  • Responsible forbuilding out and managing a team dedicated to providing consistent and exemplary service to the Marsh McLennan FP&A team predominantly in Pacific region for our investment function.
  • Take ownership for repetitive tasks currently dispersed across the FP&A organization putting in place the right discipline for time execution and delivery in accordance with deadlines
  • Drive standardization of processes and reporting including automation and enhancing the quality of information to stakeholders
  • Coordinate global processes from a regional perspective such as allocations.
  • Own and improve the quality of core financial data to executive level reporting and decision making
  • Engage with and influence senior stakeholders to deliver change including Corporate and Regional CFOs
  • Participate in strategic projects & initiatives
  • Develop an understanding of Marsh McLennan systems technology and tools. To advance the use of relevant BI reporting systems such as Power BI and Qlik.
  • Manage and grow the team with a vision to become best in class

What you need to have:

  • Degree in finance accounting business or economics
  • 10 years of experience in FP&A / relevant Finance domain
  • Good communication skills with the ability to engage manage and influence team members and senior stakeholders
  • Strong financial and business acumen and project management with exceptional analytical skills
  • Able to work supporting Australian and ASEAN Business Hours

  • Exceptional skills in financial modelling to execute the forecast financial planning and reporting processes
  • Advanced user of Oracle EPM & Excel (Macros) and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Qlik.
  • Innovative and technically inclined to drive solutions using system applications
