Were currently looking for a Industrial Engineer to join our growing team of engineering and ergonomics professionals. Further details about the role are as follows:
Tasks assigned / Work priorities:
- Evaluate Workstations/Operations based on AMEF methodology
- Ensure timely delivery of program deliverables
- Provide regular (daily weekly etc.) tracking status to the designated team supervisor
- Attend designated meetings to provide status reports
- Collect and document information to support project digitization and delivery as needed
- Manage within master timing charts with corrective actions (as required) and recovery plans identified where needed.
- Support and follow up of open issues
RequirementsSkills / Abilities:
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Engineer
- AMEF knowledge using as a basic tool to meet daily activities
- Experience applying AMEF methodology
- Experience in the manufacturing environment
- Organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with different level of members within the organization
- Teamwork proactive with sense of urgency & customer service attitude to drive customer satisfaction (internal & external)
- Working under pressure and time availability
- Strong Negotiation skills to drive timing targets
- The ability to report project status accurately and in timely fashion to manager level management
Professional Experience / required knowledge:
- 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering roles
- Experience in an automotive industry company is preferred
- Fluent written and spoken technical English
Education:
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Engineer
