What this job involves To provide comprehensive engineering management with a focus on continuous improvement for whole China M&E system liability and stability. To guide support and train on site facility management team to ensure correct reaction to all engineering problems; liaise with AP engineering resource to ensure timely communication and deployment of AP policies and Sr Engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract. Critical Environment ManagementReview all switching procedures and risk mitigation plan with onsite FM to assure correct plan in place. Follow with regional JLL and Client designated engineering team to ensure approval of switching procedure and risk mitigation plan prior to all kinds of reportCarry out periodical M&E survey to all data centres and other key space like server rooms overall CEM review report and execution of improvement Operations Review Preventive and Planned Maintenance programme with account manager to ensure a proper plan is in that the team liaises closely with the Regional Operations procedures to ensure service standards are maintainedEnsure consistency of regional policies & procedures with constant updating of Oneview and that all staff have adequate familiarity with the systems as well as the policiesImplement comply with and audit all M&E systems for quality assurance Risk ManagementCoordinate a risk management program which identifies major M&E equipment risksEnsure data integrity of all information loaded into systems and comply with the audit process from time to timeEnsure disaster recovery and business continuity planning is implemented and escalation procedures are in place and observed for incident and problem reporting including advice to CLIENT Regional Managers and insurance Management/Support:Review and approve M&E part of all project proposalsParticipate in project execution involved in M&E part of any bidding processEnsure all project info is well documented for engineering review M&E Training:Lead and organize all engineering related trainings to all on site staffEnsure all on site staff has valid license / :Ensure that the team delivers meaningful inputs across the country in the development of Engineering management the OneView website and ensure that all reports and other relevant data is regularly updated.
