Polaroid was founded in 1937 by one of the most seminal innovators of the 20th century Edwin Land. His motto was dont undertake a project unless it is manifestly important and nearly 2008 Polaroid shuttered its last factory but a group of diehard fans came together as The Impossible Project to save instant film. Over 10 years later that startup acquired what was left of Polaroid and today were again a small group of people passionate about empowering creators to change the world in the name of Polaroid.

The role
Are you passionate about people and curious to learn how recruitment works behind the scenes at an iconic brand Join us at Polaroid as ourRecruitment Internand help us shape the teams behind our instant magic. We are open to students who would like to do the internship either part-time or full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
As our Recruitment Intern youll support the Talent Acquisition team in the full recruitment process from employer branding to candidate experience. Your tasks may include:

Posting job vacancies and managing applications.
Supporting with sourcing candidates.
Scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
Helping us improve and streamline our recruitment processes.
Assisting in employer branding projects and campaigns.
Working closely with hiring teams across different departments.

Qualifications:

Youre enrolled in aBachelors or Masters degree.
Youre proactive organized and eager to learn.
YouhavestrongcommunicationandwritingskillsinEnglish.
You have an eye for detail and a passion for people.
Youre comfortable working in a creative fast-moving environment.
