The Amazon Customer Experience System (ACES) team in the JP Amazon Logistics division (AMZL) is looking for a passionate Program Manager with an expertise in process improvement and process standardization. This position will drive the overall optimization of the last mile operations network in Japan ensuring continuous improvement operational excellence and the ultimate goal of maximizing customer benefits for Amazon Logistics Japan. Key job responsibilities
This position is responsible for the rapidly expanding AMXL (Amazon Extra Large) process and will perform the following responsibilities AMXL Aces supports end-to-end process improvement from fulfillment to last mile:
- Understand on-site operations extract and document best practices and create standard work
- Identify issues with current processes and implement improvements.
- Work on large-scale programs and initiatives with stakeholders at all levels across departments and regions
This role provides the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments and teams including delivery station operations account management technology retail and customer service teams

AMXL JP is a single-threaded organization that owns Amazons end-to-end Heavy & Bulky (H&B) logistics network delivering shipments services and support to consumers and businesses in a safe reliable seamless standardized and sustainable way that surprises and delights customers. Our delivery partners have extensive experience in H&B delivery and provide special handling services such as room of choice delivery installation/assembly and recycling/hauling.

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level
- Business level of English
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
