At Purac (Thailand) Limited part of Corbion we are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead our Thailand-based logistics team and play a key role in ensuring high-quality timely and cost-effective delivery of our products around the world. You will work closely with global stakeholders and regional supply chain functions to drive process excellence from our warehouse to customer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Thailand logistics team to ensure strong team capability aligned execution and a high-performance engaged culture.
- Manage finished goods inventory and outbound shipments in order to secure consistent on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery performance and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate logistics transactions and compliance with export customs and transport regulations using SAP to support smooth operations and audit readiness.
- Optimise inventory levels and logistics costs through continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the performance and service quality of freight forwarders and external warehouses at a strategic level in order to ensure contract compliance service reliability and alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for customer complaints and delivery issues to reduce recurring problems and improve service quality.
- Prepare and evaluate logistics KPIs and reports (e.g. CQI OTIF logistics cost performance) to support data-driven decisions and improve logistics visibility across functions.
- Collaborate with global logistics teams and third-party logistics providers to drive service improvements and ensure alignment with global standards and best practices.
Who Were Looking For:
You are a results-driven logistics leader with at least 10 years experience in a multinational manufacturing or supply chain environment. You lead with purpose and clarity balancing strategic insight with operational rigour.
You also possess:
- In-depth understanding of international transport and export regulations.
- Proven experience in leading logistics teams and managing third-party logistics providers.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP particularly in logistics inventory and export functions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English with the ability to operate effectively across cultures and functions.
- A proactive customer-focused approach and solution-oriented mindset.
