As the Senior Manager People you will play an essential role in shaping and directing our companys long-term strategy in talent acquisition talent development programs organization development as well as HR initiatives aligned with AnyMinds mission and vision. You will directly report to the Country Manager of Indonesia and Regional Head of People partnering closely with the business leadership through leading strategic directions and driving the significant business growth of our company.
What Youll Do
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
Oversee all aspects of recruitment including sourcing interviewing and selection processes to attract top talent.
Design and deliver effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Lead organization development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
Partner with senior leadership to provide HR guidance and support on strategic initiatives such as succession planning resource allocation team structure.
Lead and mentor the HR team fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Who You Are
5 years of proven experience in HR field as an inhouse HR or consulting firm
Proven track record in driving organizational change with strategic mindset
Strong business-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
