Associate AI Engineer - Build the Future of Logistics with Generative AI
Were a global logistics leader transforming how goods move across the world and we believe Generative AI will redefine everything from planning to customer experience.
Were building a brand-new AI Engineering team in Shanghai to work on cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM systems. If youre a software engineer whos excited by open-ended challenges fluent in English and eager to shape the future with AI we want you on the team.
You wont be tweaking models in notebooks. Youll be building real products AI-enabled tools and large-scale systems that change how global logistics operates every day.
What Youll Do
- Design develop and ship LLM-powered tools agents and assistants for real-world users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify AI automation opportunities.
- Integrate LLM-based solutions and other AI technologies into complex logistics systems and enterprise workflows
- Build and maintain AI pipelines including data collection preprocessing model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with global teams across product infrastructure and data engineering.
Who You Are
We hire for mindset and potential but this role is for engineers who love to build.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI or a related field.
- Recent graduate or 12 years of experience in backend/software engineering.
- Eager to dive into LLMs and build production systems.
- Some exposure to AI APIs open-source models or personal projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communicator in English and comfortable working across time zones.
- Located in Shanghai with 23 days/week in office (hybrid).
- The perfect candidate also comes with experience from the supply chain industry
