Role description
Integrated Marketing Specialist role involves actively contributing to the development of integrated marketing strategies for the assigned vertical while also taking on increasing responsibilities in local brand awareness campaigns marketing plans and event management in order to drive targeted engagement and amplify brand presence in the region.
Create local integrated marketing strategy - with key stakeholders to identify local market target solution focus verticals events main industry associations accounts to implement local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns.
Regional campaign development and management
Work with PR Social and Content to deliver and execute local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns to meet local requirements.
Localize corporate brand awareness campaigns product launches content and other marketing materials as required.
Ensure annual budget management and control.
Develop and execute a regional Events & Tradeshow calendar including Webinars industry events breakfast briefings exec dinners virtual events Partner events and Conferences/seminar Customer Events.
Evaluate events success track key metrics and provide post event analysis to optimize future strategy
Organize events: supplier management and price negotiation internal event processes synchronization with local sales & marketing teams and global marketing teams branding collateral logistics.
Identify and execute targeted marketing initiatives focusing on key account developement and expasion - working directly with Growth Marketing team
Regularly communicate marketing plans progress and results of lead generation and pipeline over marketing numbers report

Qualifications
Proven 3 years of experience creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to track performance pipeline impact and ROI.
Excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced high-demand environment.
Event planning expertise (virtual & in-person) from logistics to post-event analysis.
Proficiency with tools like Jira Asana or Trello.
Knowledge with CRM tools like SalesForce Qlik Sense others.
Self-motivated results-driven and adaptable to changing priorities.
Nice to have: experience in the technology or communications industry.
