Job Description
Position : SEO Specialist (with Copywriting Expertise)
Work Hours (Client) : 8 or 9am pacific to 5-6pm pacific time Typical Workday with Overtime offered
Pay Range : $2000$3500/month depending on experience and location
Location: LatAm South Africa Philippines
Work Location : REMOTE
About the Role
This role combines technical SEO expertise with content strategy and execution. Youll be responsible for growing our organic presence across web blog and product pages while writing and optimizing content that aligns with user intent and search behavior. Were looking for someone whos both analytical and creativeable to translate keyword data into compelling brand-aligned copy.
Note: This position reflects our decision to combine SEO and copywriting responsibilities. If needed later we may add a junior copywriter to support this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase rankings traffic and conversions
- Conduct keyword research site audits and competitive analysis
- Write and optimize content for landing pages blog posts and product descriptions
- Collaborate with UX design and e-commerce teams to align SEO with broader goals
- Monitor analyze and report on performance using tools like GA4 Ahrefs and SEMrush
- Stay current on SEO trends algorithm updates and best practices
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of experience in SEO and content creation
- Proven success growing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings
- Strong writing and editing skills with a clear concise and brand-consistent voice
- Familiar with SEO tools: GA4 Ahrefs SEMrush Screaming Frog etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML on-page structure and UX fundamentals
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote team environment
Requirements
- Experience in DTC/e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with Shopify SEO optimization
- Knowledge of international SEO (multi-region or multi-language targeting)
