We need a person worked/ having worked in the corrugation industry and has good knowledge of the prospective customers and their contact details so that we can stabilize our corrugation industry operation fast. This is a senior position and under him 2 KAM ( Key accounts manager Expat ) and 4 sales executives ( Local ) will be working.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales revenue and expanding control
- Meeting planned sales target
- Meeting targeted realization on a consistent basis
- Setting individual sales target for the sales team down the line in consultation with the sales manager
- Tracking sales goals and reporting as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Promoting the organization and product
- Understand the customers needs and how they relate to our products
- Propose the changing demand/trend/evolution of the customers need for improvement as per market need to the production team from time to time
- Verify the daily report of field sales staff
- Increase customer base
- Attend customer complain
- Competitors activity monitoring
- Proposed selling price based upon the market trend and in comparison with competitors price in the market
- Coordinate with the factory on regular basis to ensure the customers order materials that are delivered/ dispatched as per the agreed delivery schedule
- Approval of design/drawing/artwork from various customers before production
- Ensure all inquiries are recorded properly and addressed in the same
- Build a strong relationship with the customers
- Ensure complete admiration and execution of all planned events/activities as per the agreed timeline
- Carry out sales promotional events as and when required and make the proposal for the same
- Ensure collection of dues as per agreed timeline
- Get the required documents / rejected cartons to pass the necessary CN/ DN to ensure the party ledger is upto date
Candidate profile:
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field is desired although not necessary. Only a bachelors degree can also be considered based on the candidates capability.
- 3-4 years B2B sales experience particularly in corrugation industries .exposure to Nigerias corrugation market is preferred..
- Able to travel at least 15/20 days in a month depending upon the need on short notice.
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and writing
- Computer literacy is a must
- Experience in customer relationship management
Estimated overseas salary: USD 2000- 3000 PM Local: as per company rules applicable at this grade
