To lead and manage the HR Operations function within the APAC HR Shared Services Centre (HRSS) ensuring delivery of accurate timely and compliant HR services across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle for the APAC and EMEA regions. This role is responsible for operational leadership financial stewardship process standardization and strategic stakeholder management to support the ongoing growth stability and efficiency of the HRSS.
Scope of Role:
Regional coverage including APAC & EMEA markets.
Direct management of Senior Team Leads and oversight of HR Operations Specialists.
Accountability for operational budget management and resource planning.

Job Requirements:
Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related discipline.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8 years experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations with at least 3 years in managerial role.
Proven expertise in managing operational budgets and financial planning.
Strong knowledge of APAC and EMEA HR statutory and compliance frameworks.
Experience leading business reviews and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
Proficient in HCM systems (Oracle SuccessFactors) and analytics/reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
Exceptional leadership communication and project management skills.
Languages:
English at least one additional language (Vietnamese / Japanese / Korean / Filipino / Hindi).
