Innovate and Improve: Take ownership of initiatives to enhance our models products and processes driving efficiency and innovation from within.
Advise Key Players: Communicate daily operational and financial risks to asset owners traders and retailers helping them optimize their strategies in real-time.
Provide Strategic Foresight: Deliver long-form research for long-term congestion patterns transmission upgrades and market risks shaping clients longer-term strategies.
Master Complex Data: Manipulate large datasets to uncover correlations between market drivers prices and critical events turning raw data into powerful stories.

About You: The Qualities of a Successful Teammate
You are driven by a deep curiosity to understand the why behind market movements. You excel at connecting disparate ideas and distilling them into simple compelling forecasts.
Experience: You possess 2 years of professional experience in fundamental research of power markets or a related field within the energy sector.
Logical Mindset: You have a strong background in a quantitative discipline such as Economics Finance Mathematics Statistics or Engineering.
Technical Aptitude: You have experience using programming languages to analyze data (Python is highly preferred; VBA or other languages are also valuable).
Collaborative Spirit: You are a natural team player capable of mentoring junior teammates and fostering a supportive high-performing environment.
