Our Supply Chain team at Baxter has a new opportunity for a Market Fulfillment Analyst. This role may interest you if you have a keen eye for detail and a flair for efficiency in inventory management data analysis and vendor coordination.
Reporting to the Market Fulfillment Manager you will proactively monitor inventory levels at final warehouses to ensure efficient stock levels and identify any low-cover or back-ordered products.
Create detailed reports with insightful commentary for distribution and review.
Effectively lead backorder requirements and update pipeline status and encouraged delivery dates.
Facilitate ad-hoc shipments between warehouses to meet unforeseen demand requirements.
Take charge of addressing backorder and low-cover issues for critical codes while seeing opportunities to lead excess inventory efficiently.
Develop strategic plans to mitigate any potential risks of inventory discard.
Collaborate cross-functionally with QA Goods In Planners Replenishment teams to ensure a perfect end-to-end process.
Prepare submit and present comprehensive reports on key areas of responsibility including detailed cost analysis and project outcomes.
What youll bring:
Outstanding analytical abilities combined with the talent to interpret data and provide valuable strategic recommendations.
3 years of combined experience in Supply Chain Transportation & Logistics and Customer Service;
Advanced MS Office
Experience in JDE or MRP system
Outstanding written and verbal skills in English
