Job Summary
HTeaO is currently seeking aProject Manager to join our growing team!
The Senior Project Manager willown the project tracking and plan review process for HTeaO site development.HTeaO is driven to find the perfect candidate who will help successfully execute and manage a carefully designed process from tracking construction projects from Permit issuance to Final Inspections while tracking and updating key dates in Smartsheets.
Role Requirements
- Proficiency using Smartsheets (knowledge of Control Center helpful)
- CAPM or PMP preferred (not required)
- Prior experience in Excel (mid to advance level skill)
- QSR Experience
- Construction Knowledge
- Gantt Chart Knowledge
- Leadership Experience
- Ability to critically problem solve
- Proficient in the use of Google Drive and Google platforms (google docs google sheets)
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Task management skills (take a task stay on it complete it put it away)
- Punctuality and the ability to follow routine processes
- Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify prioritize and execute processes
- Excellent and detailed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with team members; ability to collaborate at all levels
- Excellent at managing time priorities and details
- Able to work independently while being a team player
