The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the development of long-term organizational strategy
Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness processes stakeholders etc. as needed
Align departmental goals processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy
Assess market trends
Identify threats and opportunities and recommend prioritization
Present findings projections and recommended actions
Plan implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects
Monitor and report on projects and initiatives
EDUCATION
Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
Undergraduate degree
WORK EXPERIENCE
Related experience as a strategic initiatives leader or business analyst
Experience in a large financial institution or heavily regulated environment preferred
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Advanced skills in business operations risk assessment and management governance reporting
Solid understanding of business and financial markets
Strong research organizational and planning skills
Strong project management skills

The typical base pay range for this role is between $110K - $181K depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
