Collaborate with senior leaders across SNZ NZ T&T and our Australian Partnering team to deliver smart strategic outcomes that make a real impact. This is a nine-month secondment opportunity in our Data team.
What youll do
Lead and manage partnering governance for SNZ and NZ Technology
Identify and support new BPO and ITO partnering opportunities.
Collaborate with AU Partnering to ensure a cohesive strategic approach and leverage shared practices.
Maintain records and follow up on actions from governance meetings.
Support partner onboarding and offboarding processes.
Oversee shared activities such as SOP updates and reviews.
Manage escalations and contribute to resolution processes.
Act as the primary liaison for AU Partnering with a dotted reporting line to the EM Partnering AU.
What youll bring
- 5 years experience in a strategic governance risk or partnering role in a large organisation
Understanding of legal contracts
Experience working with different locations and time zones
Stakeholder management and consulting skills
Complex problem solving and data analysis skills
Continuous improvement mindset
