Lead and manage the overall implementation of HR strategic/tactical initiatives and align Group HR strategies with Business Unit/country-level operations in order to achieve business results.
Talent & Performance Development: Drive talent management for critical leadership roles including readiness and succession planning and execute performance management activities.
Compensation & Benefits Collaboration: Work with Compensation & Benefits to propose market-driven compensation strategies that boost employee performance engagement and retention.
Organizational Effectiveness & Training: Implement organizational design changes to improve efficiency and execute company-wide training and development strategies.
HR Service Delivery & Analytics: Manage the deployment of HR services systems and tools to streamline processes prepare HR metrics for business decisions and lead employee engagement and change management efforts.
Minimum 10 years solid HR business partnering experience in a similar role in Shared Services / Information Technology or Technology Industry
Must be a self-driven and self-motivated person resourceful fast learner pro-active committed adaptable team player and strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work in fast-paced shared service environment.
Must be able to work and based in Menara Ken TTDI and travel as and when needed to The Ascent Kelana Jaya.
