Job Description
Position Description:
This role will play a critical role in planning executing and delivering complex digital transformation projects across our global Smart Manufacturing IT landscape. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering operations and executive leadership to modernize systems improve processes and enable data-driven decision-making.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
1. Leads and coordinates end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives develops strategies manages budgets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
2. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across global teams in the US Asia and The Netherlands.
3. Identify and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
4. Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Skills Required:
1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering Business or related field
2. 8 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in digital transformation or IT modernization projects.
3. Strong project management skills and good understanding of cloud technologies data platforms and manufacturing applications.
4. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Strong English skills and clear line of thinking
6. Ability to work across time zones and cultures with a flexible collaborative approach.
7. Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel Word Jira and Project Management tools.
8. PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
