Position Summary:

This role is responsible for the management and configuration of customer contracts in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements and revenue recognition principles. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in steering the lifecycle from the quote to cash process from conceptualization through to deployment and continuous improvement. This individual will be instrumental in fostering strong communication channels between stakeholders ensuring that insights are effectively translated into actionable strategies. It requires exceptional judgement and communication in directing Sales and Channel Partners to obtain proper order elements and resolve order issues as necessary. You will act as the subject matter expert between customers and a variety of internal F5 teams including Sales Credit and Collections Product Management Shipping Export Compliance and Accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and build partnerships with Management Sales Operations Collections/Accounting Shipping Export Compliance Customers and all other dependent departments regarding quote to cash operations billing/payment issues and customer specific terms and conditions.

  • Articulate the F5Order to Cashstrategymessaging and positioning of F5svalue propositionand solutionsfor business objectives to both internal and external teams.

  • Analyze terms & conditions pricing and completeness of customer contracts and agreements in support of F5s Sarbanes Oxley compliance policies.

  • Enter global orders for product & initial service consulting and subscriptions in order entry systems utilizing proper configuration and licensing methods.

  • Independently identify technical gaps in our systems open change requests with TS test solutions and oversee implementation.

  • Manage cross functional virtual teams as a Business Owner to deliver differentiated programs within the Order to Cash process with well-defined Objectives & Key Results.

  • Monitor project progress and set up performance goals evaluate completion of KPIs and pivot when deviating from stated goals.

  • Consistently uphold a contribution percentage of 12% with an error rate below 3%.

  • Develop and implement AI solutions to standard work processes to build efficiencies and improve accuracy of work.

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and requirements using a balance of future vision near-term opportunities user experience and business insights.

  • Work on problems of advanced scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • Enforce and develop customer data management/data integrity rules and guidelines.

  • Daily management of post sales product related activities such as but not limited to account ownership/installed base maintenance returns product license and service contract amendments.

  • Work collaboratively with internal technical and sales resources share best practices updates offer and seek expertise as the need arises in various opportunities.

  • Manage multiple Outlook inboxes ensuring optimal organization clear communication and timely follow up.

  • Research and identify opportunities in Salesforce related to customer purchase agreements to ensure proper order elements order stage and order notifications are confirmed and updated throughout the order booking process.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior Revenue Operations Specialist and Management with projects of varying scope as assigned; exercise judgement within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Update stakeholders as projects progress and independently drive completion of tasks with leadership involvement as needed.

  • Uphold F5s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report violations of this Code or any other company policies.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Developing professional expertise applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues; requires daily assistance to troubleshoot complicated & complex issues.

  • Our team is dynamic and the landscape changes fast. Must be comfortable with ambiguity fast-pace and frequent context switching.

  • Demonstrates strong judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance and proposing/enacting solutions; seeks assistance if resolution is outside knowledge base.

  • Flexibility to execute adapt prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment at a high growth company.

  • Excellent attention to detail and proven organizational skills.

  • Influence business and technical decision makers using effective written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or accredited certification .

  • Requires 4 years related experience (sales operations project management or related business experience)

  • Preference with experience with ERP & CRM systems in an order processing function; preferably Oracle and/or Salesforce

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Extended hours are on Fridays (when applicable) during fiscal month quarter end and year ends inclusive of weekends or as for special projects.

  • Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to utilize a computer communicate over the telephone and via email/text and read printed material.
