Job Description

Whats the job

Were looking for a motivated self-starter who can operate in a fast-paced environment to grow new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology products and services possesses the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and has a proven track record of success managing executive and C-level relationships at large and dynamic corporations.

What youll do:

  1. Manage Payoneers Enterprise client relationships at the senior level through understanding clients business payment needs & flows growth opportunities.
  2. Develop client retention and growth strategies for your managed client portfolio with various digital commerce verticals (e.g. Social streaming eCommerce freelancing content distribution and others).
  3. Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for accounts aligned to client business objectives while prioritizing cross and up sell opportunities.
  4. Negotiate commercial & contractual terms and work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to execute on revenue goals and growth objectives.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to establish growth goals and track performance against jointly agreed objectives.
  6. Take ownership of client health by demonstrating accountability adaptability and problem-solving skills ensuring that clients receive optimal support and service.
  7. Leverage market competitive and proprietary data to inform decision-making providing a comprehensive view of the clients status and future opportunities.
  8. Actively participate in internal review forums presenting account plans for approval and soliciting support from management and other key business stakeholders.
  9. Identify potential new product and service opportunities providing strategic input to product and R&D teams to enhance offerings with a long-term focus.
  10. Effectively communicate Payoneers value proposition during account review processes prioritizing initiatives that align with client and company goals.

What were looking for:

  1. Bachelors degree or above overseas education background preferred.
  2. 8 years of experience in a client facing role in high growth technology firms ecommerce/payments firm fintech space or in a financial institution
  3. Ability to work with global cross teams including sales/bd finance marketing risk customer care legal product professional services and compliance
  4. Expert communicator who is motivated to own all aspects of the client relationship and be the clients advocate within Payoneer
  5. Excellent phone manner and presentation skills and able to productively facilitate meetings with up to 20 participants
  6. Able to travel to clients on frequent basis
  7. Creative problem solver with the ability to think out of the box but also to know how to plan prioritize and execute on strategies to meet client needs and revenue goals
  8. Excellent written and verbal skill in both Mandarin and English
