What Youll Do

  • Drive New Business: Identify pursue and win new opportunities across key markets.
  • Grow Key Accounts: Strengthen current partnerships build loyalty and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Compete to Win: Embrace the challenge of high standards and bring a closers mindset to every interaction.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Lead every phase from prospecting to presentations proposals and close.
  • Collaborate for Delivery: Partner with project managers designers and operations to ensure every promise a reality.
  • Represent AOI: Expand AOIs reach through client meetings networking and industry events and community engagement.


What Were Looking For

  • 35 years of proven success in commercial furniture sales or a related B2B industry preferred.
  • A natural connector who quickly earns trust with decision-makers.
  • Competitive ambitious and goal-oriented you thrive by performance and results.
  • Skilled in presentations proposals and closing deals.
  • Organized and agile you manage multiple accounts with ease and precision.
  • Tech savvy using CRM tools Microsoft Office Suite and industry-relevant software.
