- Lead the design development and deployment of scalable and maintainable software solutions
- Build you own team and service offer. Contribute to the team profit and loss and yearly result. Support in selling complex project.
- Work across modern technologies such asJavaandReact while also supporting and migrating legacy systems to the cloud
- Architect and implementmicroservicesandcontainerizedsolutions.
- Drive cloud adoption prioritizingGoogle Cloud PlatformAzureandAWS.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to estimate projects define technical strategy and ensure alignment with business goals andProfit and Lossconsiderations.
- Mentor junior engineers promote best practices and foster technical growth within the team. Be responsible for the career path of your team.
- Ensure technical excellence and timely delivery through direct efficient communication and leadership.

- Strong proficiency and hands on experience in JavaandReact.
- Experience withmicroservices architectureandcontainerization(e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Solid experience withcloud platforms ideallyGoogle Cloud but also Azure and AWS.
- Demonstrated success inmigrating legacy systems to cloud platforms.Demonstrated success Indigital transformation programs adopting new technologies and designing scalable architectures.
- Willingness to work with bothmodern and legacy technologies.
- Proven experience inproject estimationand understandingProfit and Loss impactfrom a technical perspective.
- Strongsoft skills and communicationabilities.
- Experiencementoring hiring and trainingjunior developers.
- Solid technical education (HTL TU FH Uni) in Software Engineering or related fields
- Any professional certification in the relevant tech stack will be considered as a strong plus (e.g. GCP Azure and AWS)
- Experience with.NETC#C andPython.
- German languageproficiency
